ADASS Documents
The Association of Directors of Adult Social Services have adevloped a number of documents of good practice and information.
"A National Framework of Standards for Good Practice and Outcomes in Adult Protection Work" was launched at the Association of Directors of Social Services Conference on the 19th of October 2005. Whilst the Safeguarding Adults document carries no legislative status it does comprises of eleven sets of good practice standards. NCPVA will be looking in some detail at how elements of this work can be taken forward to further adult protection in Nottinghamshire.
